- Who can join RIO’s Reem Island program? Any child aged 7–17 can join — students from all schools are welcome.
- Do you offer girls-only training? Yes. While most sessions are mixed, we provide girls-only groups when numbers allow.
- What age groups train at GEMS Reem? Girls and boys aged 8–15 attend weekly classes at GEMS Reem Island, from beginner to advanced.
- When are classes held? Every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday at GEMS Reem.
- Can I attend more than one session per week? Yes — choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions weekly. You can also combine with our other RIO venues.
- What’s included in the membership fee? A RIO team jersey, 1 tournament per year, and year-round support.
- Can I try before I register? Absolutely! All players are welcome to try a free session first.
- Is a free trial available? Yes — a single free trial session, no obligation, to meet your coach and try a class.
- What should my child bring to training? Indoor shoes, water bottle, and sportswear. Balls and all equipment are provided.
- Is transport provided? No, but parking is available and drop-off is easy at all venues.
- Do you have promotions? Yes – we have a number of promotions during season: Early Birds Discounts, Sibling Discounts, Referrals, New Locations Discounts, etc.
- What is your current promotion? Bring a friend and if you both join you both get 10% OFF! New members only.
- Do you organize tournaments? Yes – we run 4 tournaments every season.
- Do you organize camps? Yes – we run camps every school break. We also organize international camps.
- Who are the coaches? Our sessions are led by experienced coaches who prioritize skill and fun.
