RIO Junior Volleyball Academy
in Abu Dhabi
Our exciting junior volleyball program is designed for juniors aged 3-17. Kids and teens can learn volleyball and beach volleyball all year round with our team of passionate international coaches who have a vast amount of experience.
Our goal is to provide everyone with most enjoyable and effective sessions. The best results are achieved when training regularly in trimesters. We provide three trimesters during each year. You need to be a RIO Member to have access to all trainings.

Training Groups & Events
Ages 3-5The focus of our 3-5 group is on fun and development of basic key skills, motor skills and coordination. Individual work with each child is our key in the development process.
We ensure all players are taught the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Ages 6-8Our 6-8 group focus on individual basic volleyball skills development. They are introduced to passing, digging spiking basic techniques as well as variety of games with a ball.
We ensure all players are taught the fundamentals of volleyball whilst having a great time doing it.

Ages 9-12Our 9-12 year olds focus further on development of the key skills and techniques as well as they are introduced to the game of volleyball, simple positions and rotations.
We customize trainings process by level, experience and ambitions.

Ages 13-17Focus our 13-17 year olds is on polishing key volleyball skills and development competitive play. We develop team play and introduce competitions for different levels of play.
Game situations and tactical skills are focused on along with development of a characer and team player.

ECA (after school)We provide ECA (extra-curriculum activities) or ASA (after-school activities) volleyball in a number of schools in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.

CampsOur weekly training camps are the best for fast developmet. With 12 hrs of training in one week our players progress to the next level up.
